Long-term rental

Outsourcing is becoming increasingly popular worldwide, where companies entrust as many operational tasks unrelated to their core business to other entities – specialized companies. Companies operating a fleet of material handling equipment are forced to devote significant resources and employ numerous employees to managing their own, often very extensive fleet. A way to minimize these costs within a company is through fleet outsourcing, i.e., long-term rental. These services are primarily aimed at companies that treat forklifts as a work tool that requires periodic replacement.

The company’s financial resources can be allocated to investments in core business lines, creating the opportunity for additional profits. Low upfront fees and spreadable costs over time – as opposed to large one-time purchase expenses – positively impact financial liquidity. Meanwhile, forklift maintenance and servicing within the company will be entrusted to specialists. Continuous operation of the forklifts – ensured by “full service,” which is an integral part of long-term rental. The rental agreement provides the tenant with the forklifts for use for a strictly defined period. In exchange for the use of the forklifts, the tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent in an amount agreed upon by both parties. The service includes a fixed monthly installment, including financing and servicing costs, as well as additional services such as periodic tire replacement, etc. If your needs change during the rental agreement, the forklifts can be additionally equipped with accessories or replaced with new ones. Costs associated with retrofitting or replacing the forklifts can be paid in one lump sum, or they can be divided over the remaining duration of the agreement.

Short-term rental

We also offer short-term forklift rentals as a way to organize internal transport. It’s not necessary to purchase a new machine if you experience occasional or seasonal high-volume work, have a breakdown, or have purchased a forklift and are still waiting for its delivery. You can rent a machine for a day, a month, or longer. Fees depend on the rental duration.
