We also offer leasing options and long-term rentals with full truck maintenance.
We always have over 250 NEW and USED forklifts in our offer, fully rebuilt, with load capacities ranging from 1000 kg to 8000 kg.
Service
We offer our customers fully professional service. This is in line with Japanese standards, which prioritize reliability in repairs. This means that used forklifts are sent to a service center before sale, where, regardless of their technical condition, they undergo a thorough refurbishment and overhaul, during which worn forklift components are replaced with new ones.
We offer a full warranty of up to 24 months on refurbished equipment. We also provide full warranty and post-warranty service.
With our customers in mind, we have minimized our service time. A comprehensive range of spare parts ensures no downtime during repairs, and our qualified and disciplined crew understands their responsibility for timely repairs.
Due to the mandatory Technical Inspection (UDT) requirement for forklifts effective August 18, 2003, the forklifts we sell have the necessary documentation and operational approval certificates issued by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). We offer a 24-month warranty for new and used forklifts. We provide professional service during and after the warranty period, supported by a well-organized spare parts warehouse and a reliable and well-trained staff.
Mobility Guarantee
We have also introduced a new solution: the option of a REPLACEMENT, i.e., providing a replacement device. This solution is used when waiting for a new forklift or carrying out necessary repairs. We are convinced that this option provides a comfortable experience, as the customer does not incur any downtime due to equipment failure.
